• I believe that affirmations can be an incredibly useful tool for self-improvement and self-actualisation. I have created an ebook at https://www.amazon.com.au/Uplifting-Jonathan-Solomon-ebook/dp/B0C33VWZ8D available for purchase. This book seeks to show the power of positive words.

  • if you have grown up with hearing loss, or have acquired hearing loss, I can talk with you about the experience of hearing loss and what impact it can have in the many different spheres in life. Whether it is about how to maintain or create social connections or adapting to a variety of settings including the workplace, I can provide an experienced listening ear. I have grown up in the majority of life wearing hearing aids.

  • The idea of having the world at my feet is a powerful image. It sustains feelings of empowerment and how anything can be truly possible.

  • Life allows many projects to flourish. Through planning tailored goals, watch as they gradually form and take shape.

  • I have found the metaphor of finding safety on higher ground to be powerful. This perspective-taking opportunity allows one to recognise the different forces of life that are happening. By reaching a higher vantage point, new insights can be made.

My name is Jonathan, based in Sydney, Australia, and I offer a gentle soulful online space for those who feel deeply, love quietly, and long to be understood without needing to explain everything. My ideal clients are often sensitive, thoughtful people who may carry silent grief, creative dreams, or a lifetime of feeling a little out of place in a loud word. Whether you’re navigating burnout, heartbreak, identity, or a quiet ache for belonging, you’re welcome here. Together, we move at your pace – honoring your story, your stillness, and the sacred work of becoming more at home within yourself.

Sessions can explore self-discovery, identity, creativity, grief, relationships, life transitions, or simply the quiet need to be seen. There is no pressure to have the right words. Together we can gently uncover what matters most to you, at your own pace, with compassion, curiosity, and care.

For those drawn to creative or soulful approaches, I also offer the option of using poetry as a pathway into reflection and healing. Whether reading or writing, poetry can help us name what feels hard to express – offering beauty, metaphor, and emotional truth where words may otherwise fall short. You don’t need to be a writer, just a willingness to listen what your inner life is trying to say.

To book an initial discovery consultation, please get in touch via the contact email at aquietheartinpeace@outlook.com . This is a no obligation 15-minute online session, a chance for us to explore your needs, answer any questions, and see if we are a good fit to work together. Bookings available only between noon to 5pm on Saturdays.

As someone with hearing loss in both ears, I wear hearing aids and rely on a quiet, focused environment for our sessions. I ask that clients speak clearly and patiently, especially during online appointments. This is not a barrier but rather it invites us into a space of mutual care, presence and attunement. In fact, my hearing loss has deepened my ability to listen with my whole self – to the pauses, the unsaid, and the emotional truth beneath the words.
